Construction :

It consist of following parts
1) Blast Bin
2) Trailer with robotic arm
3) The minimum size of the blast bin is 3*3 feet Dia

Blast carrying capacity :

1) The blast bin has capacity to with stand minimum 1.25 kg of TNT or equivalent quantity of explosive

2) The blast bin is made of suitable material to contain the blast from causing any side ways damage.

Battery :

The robotic arm operate on 24v ,65 ah or higher battery with suitable battery charger.

Robotic Arm

1) The hydraulic robotic arm has the capability for putting the suspected object in the blast bin installed in the trailor ,with adequate capability to swivel in all directions.
2) The hydraulic robotic arm is installed on the platform for easy transportation.

Lifting Capacity :

The hydraulic robotic Arm,when fully extended the capacity to lift minimum 20 kgs of all types of polished products.

Area Covered:

The jaw of hydraulic robotic arm has the facility to rotate clockwise(180) anticlockwise 180 up down and complete down 1 ft perpendicularly.

Jaw Opening:

The jaw opening is not less than 1ft and various attachments are provided to lift varied suspected objects like bottels and sack.

Display :

The robotic arm has IR camera with minimum 6" LCD Monitor and IR camera has capability to work at 0.1 lux.

Ruggedness :
